Film Dubbing and Collaborative Pedagogy

چکیده
In this article, we discuss the multi-layered collaboration occurring among students, between students and teachers, instructors in context of an advanced Italian course at college level. We specifically showcase project-based learning activity Ma chi parla? (Who Is Talking?), during which generated audiovisual translation from English to film television show excerpts. argue that, its implementation fall 2018 our institution, fostered creativity, engagement, pluralism thanks collaborative structure, addition establishing a decentralised co-laboratory cultural experiences. The article also frames as starting point reflect on translation, particular dubbing, long-standing tradition Italy, illuminate history, question effects, problematise pedagogical applications.
